Hours: Full-time | 35–40 hours per week | Open availability required

Wage: $16 - $20 Hourly

Tidy Turtle Car Wash is growing fast — and we’re looking for a results-driven, people-first leader to take the wheel as our Assistant General Manager at our Spartanburg location. If you’re a hands-on leader who takes pride in creating a positive customer experience, motivating a team, and driving results, this is the perfect opportunity to shine.

What You’ll Do

As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll assist the General Manager and oversee daily operations of the wash for your shifts, leading your team to success while ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a spotless vehicle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing your team — coaching and fostering a positive culture
• Delivering outstanding customer service by leading from the front
• Implement site operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and safety
• Driving growth through membership sales and community engagement
• Coordinating inventory, equipment care, and chemical management
• Ensuring smooth open and close procedures
• Performing hands-on tasks when needed, including assisting customers in the tunnel
